This was my first experience having a car transported XXXa nearly-new BMW 335i. I'm glad I found this site because there seem to be a lot of sleazy transporters out there. Specialty Mobile had excellent reviews and seemed likely to be experienced with the route I needed, so I contacted them and was impressed with Amy's handling of my questions and concerns. She really convinced me that they are a reputable company that stands behind their work, and I felt comfortable that they would be cooperative if there were (heaven forbid) any unexpected problems. They set me up with Neat Auto Transport who did a very efficient job of picking up the car, communicating with me as the transport was in progress, and coordinating the delivery. My fiancee actually accepted the delivery, and she did mention that the delivery driver looked somewhat dumpy XXXpaying more attention to his appearance would have made a better impression. Nevertheless, everything went as smooth as silk. They even honored my request for loading the car on top, and they got it in behind the cab so it would be further protected. When I was shopping for a transport company I did get a few quotes that were lower, but I was able to negotiate the price with Specialty Mobile to get it in the same ballpark (not an exact match but I felt they were worth more). I would have no hesitation recommending Specialty Mobile and Neat in the future.
