My Own Experience - This one was good.

This was my first time ever using any Auto Transport. Didn't know much about how the industry work. A little research show that most are basically Sales Agencies for truck owners. This is the case with Angel's. After some comparison...and listening to probably 20+ other people trying to get my business by phone calls (non of them are from Angels)...I decided that I will go with Angels Transport because I used to live near Chico, CA and because they are not agressive when trying to sale a contract. They pretty much flat out tell you what it is on the contract and point-blank tell you what can happen---kinda scary but seems the truth we just have to face it. Before the pick up I asked that Angels gave me a copy of the driver's name, cell, and insurance and they did.

What happened...they aligned me with someone they didn't promised the exact pickup date or delivery but did promised that it will pickup within the 5 days window. And the carrier did pickup the date they think will happen. Car picked up 9/7 and delivered to MN on 9/10. Suprised me...that was fast driving or something. Car arrived with 6 others in good shape although there were water spots on some areas (must had rained--nothing to blame on Angels or carrier). No dents, no scratch. The driver was patient enough to wait for me while I get the cash from the bank. Carrier didn't like cashier's check but didn't insist on cash only.

Overall, the Angel gals always follow up with me and give me status update on whereabouts my car. I think good companies won't use aggressive tactics. Angels is probably doing the right thing because they are not aggressive.

One thing about Angels that can improve: don't let your client be on hold for more than 4 minutes. Maybe once you got the order going perhaps created a site that will keep your client up to date XXXthat way you don't have to call them and waste $$ on toll or make them wait for 5+ minutes which for most people is tooo long.

About coming to reviews here...
Before I use Angels I came here and noticed that Angels have the best score. Well...they will call you to check if you were happy to with the car delivery and if everything is ok. Then later someone will call to remind you to come here and do the review of them which I gladly to doing. Makes me wonder if for someone that their experience was not good with Angels...if Angels would call also to remind them to write the reviews here.

Would I use them again? Yes.
Recommend to friends? Yes if the price is right.
