Subject: Direct Express
Review:Direct Express contracted Mans Auto Trans to transport my Restored 1970 Chevy Truck. The truck was never delivered to the destination promised and damaged on the truck was $1600.00.
Mans auto denied the damage and when I contacted Direct Express there comment was "there not responsible" Pleas read terms and don't use Direct Eexpress

On rare occasions damage happens, but like this alleged one they are usually not very serious. But we always want the customer treated fairly no matter the claim amount. The insurance company investigated this claim and said it was without merit because the so-called dents on the 1970 pickup truck were painted over and unlikely to have been caused recently.
