| Excellent....Outstading....Great customer service |
After being ignored and mistreated by Secure Auto Transport, I decided to try my luck with another company. With having my only experience with dealing with vehilce tranports, I was very cautious of my next company in fear of experiencing the same type of treatment and service. However, after putting in another estimated quote, kathy from magic carpet tranpsort, contacted me within the first couple of minutes with an estimate of what it would cost me to move my truck. She was so friendly and helpful that i soon forgot my terrible experience with the other company, she honestly made me feel like I was important and which made me in return want to continue with this type of service. After explaining my first encounter with kathy about my previous relationship and service, she presented me with helpful tips with ensured my truck a pick up date almost immediately. It only took approx. two days for me to hear back from magic carpet, they not only found me a driver, they pciked up the my truck when they said, in the time selection which they indicated and has maintained contact with me as well as the driver. I cant explain enough on how kathy from magic Carpet transport has assisted me in my efforts to continue my move across the country. I really wish I would have known about her and her company prior to my vehicle transport. with so many companies transporting vehicles it is hard to find one that conducts themselves with class and believe me,most companies will move your truck or car, but a little thing in addition to the move is customer service, I rather pay a little bit more for something if I knew that the customer service was going to be at the top of their priority list and I believe that kathy and Magic Carpet Transport have done an excellent job of conducting themselves as one of the best, if not the best company to have move your vehicle. Sometimes its the little stuff that sets you apart from the rest, in the future i will only deal with magic carpet, and I recommend you do the same,
