Subject:SAVE MONEY, GREAT SERVICE!
Review:I WAS SKEPTICAL AT FIRST BECAUSE OF THEIR MUCH LOWER RATE THAN OTHERS, BUT I TOOK A CHANCE BECAUSE IT WAS ALL I COULD AFFORD. I DID TONS OF RESARCH ON SEVERAL COMPANIES AND DID NOT FIND ANYTHING NEGATIVE ABOUT THEM. I RECEIVED GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE AND HAD DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE DRIVER. I HAD AN ISSUE OF MY VEHICLE NOT STARTING AT PICK UP BECAUSE IT HAD BEEN SITTING FOR A WHILE AND THE DRIVER WANTED TO CHARGE ME AN ADDITIONAL $100 OR SO FOR THE TROUBLE. I HAD NO MONEY AT ALL BUT THEY ALLOWED ME TO WRITE A POST DATED CHECK. THE DRIVER ALWAYS ANSWERED MY CALLS. HE KEPT ME POSTED OF HIS ETA. THEY CALLED ON THE SUPPOSED NIGHT OF DELIVERY AND SAID THEY COULD DELIVER REALLY LATE OR ASKED IF THEY COULD COME THE NEXT DAY. I SAID NEXT DAY AND THEY THANKED ME BY WAIVING THE $100 FEE I WAS GONNA HAVE TO PAY. MY TRUCK ARRIVED IN PERFECT CONDITION. THANK YOU MAGIC CARPET AND THE TRANSPORT CO. WHO'S NAME I FORGET, SORRY.
