I received quotes from several brokers and went with Agape because 1) the quoted fee seemed reasonable, 2) more of the fee went to the trucking company, and 3) they had a good reputation. I called on a Friday morning, had an assigned carrier that afternoon, and the car was picked up the next day. Considering this was coming from Kansas, I had expected this would take longer to happen. Communication over the weekend could have been better, as I had to call the dealer to confirm the car was actually picked up. However, during the week I had good access to information about what was going on & prompt responses to emails and phone messages. The car was promised the next Friday, and with the exception of being a few hours late due to a fire shutting down I-5, they delivered on time – amazing considering all the things that could have delayed the rig. The driver (Ross) was very careful, respectful, and represented his company (J&W Transport of Wichita, KS) well. As a bonus, the car was transported in an enclosed rig instead of the open transport I ordered. Thanks to Agape & J&W for a job well done. Hope this helps, and good luck with your move.
