Truck had extra 125 miles after pick up, was delivered on a tow dolly with the front wheels down, I was told that it would not be driven except to load and would be hauled on a transport. After the truck arrived being towed, I called and was told that that is normal to drag a vehicle on a tow dolly. I guess that 1-2 to go just lets the trucking people do what they want to. I had called and specifically said that I wanted my truck hauled not towed or driven. This is not the way to do business.

First of all, I would like to appologize to you Bob for any inconvience this may have caused you. When I found out about this issue, I called the trucking company right away and questioned there business practices. The pickup was hauled on a dolly from dallas to your place. I really dont know the real reason this happened. This was suppose to be delivered on a roll back truck, not a dolly. I can tell you this, WE WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Although the drivers son mistakingly put $100.00 of fuel in your pickup, I know that doesnt make up for the way the pickup was handled.
Again, I appologize for the way your pickup was handled.
