i was originally quoted $534 for my shipment, 14 days go by and i contact m2reeves (bailee) to see whats going on with my vehicle. she tells me i was underquoted by 3-400 dollars and that i will have to pay the difference if i want the transaction completed. nice of them to wait 14 days to tell me, now i am in a real bad spot with the guy holding my vehicle and i`m stuck with no shipper. i have shipped 4 cars and this is by far the worst service i have ever seen.

please DO NOT use m2reeves, save yourself alot of trouble.

I have made numerous attempts to rectify this situation by trying to contact Jon so that I may hear directly from him what took place. In the event that our company has made an error, we always take full responsibility and work to correct the error. We never underquote and then ask the customer to pay the difference. Nonetheless, I am left with limited options if the customer does not call back.
