| This company is bad! |
If you are thinking about using this company - Don't. They are a high pressure sales team that gets you to commit $150.00 deposit per vehicle to "reserve you vehicle a spot on the carrier". After they get the $150.00 deposit, they will not return your phone calls, emails, or even faxes. After several weeks of emails and phone calls not being returned, or reply emails that say they will call you that day, they do not call you back.
I cancelled my transport with them and I have still not been refunded the $150.00 deposit. Per their contract it is refundable if the vehicle is not picked up within 7 days of the contract date. I sent emails, called, faxed, and registered mail, and still no refund, call back, email, or anything. I did call yesterday and "Nick" stated that they did refund it and he would fax the receipt to me. Guess what... No fax received. Not surprised. Stay away.
And in case you think I am one of those people that can not be pleased, read the review I left for Cascade Vehicle shipping. I was very happy with them and their services.
Stay away from this company... Unless you just want to give away your deposit.
