Subject: DENIES DAMAGES DONE TO THE CUST.
Review:SHOULDN'T BE IN BUSINESS!!!! CONTRACTORS BEWARE!!
I used GL Enterprise LLC(believing that they own their own fleet) for my service who contracted Mariupol Auto Transport for the dispatch. It was supposed to be a door to door pick up in the afternoon of the agreed date. After so many calls back and forth it finally came but not in front of my door. I was forced to wake up someone(to drive me back) and drive 12 miles at 2 a.m in the morning to meet them somewhere (as they need to meet their schedule per se) so, they could take my SAAB. Thoroughly inspected the car for 20-30 mins for every kind of scratches it had..and where a fly had sat on that day. 3-4 days before the agreed drop-off date, I told my husband(who was on the receiving end) to check where the vehicle was at the time ( status check). He was put on hold longer than 20 mins everytime for those 3 days he called and that the company couldn't seem to locate where the car was. Days after the contact,Mariupol finally called my husband for drop-off schedule. He met them at the prkng lot of a hotel just outside the base for better access. At almost 11pm, 4 hrs after the agreed time(w/my husband getting in and out of the hotel for warmth since it was after all winter), he saw the SAAB at a dark corner of the prkng lot . Walked over and that was when he got approached by someone from another parked vehicle who turned out to be the driver. My husband who'd always been so trusting and may I say "naive" didn't do any check on the car and just signed the delivery paper right away. Lo and behold, he discovered the following morning that almost 200 miles were added to it , a sideview mirror was cracked, the radio couldn't acquire signals,the interior back area filthy and trunk full of broken pcs of thick glass...what looked like a windshield. Indeed it was. Accdng to the car repairshop, the radio wouldn't work because the antenna on the back winshield was not connected and that the winshield was indeed replaced. Called and emailed Fred from GL Enterprise to alert him of the problem but he just told us that he couldn't do anything but give us his share of $90-99 for his contracting fee. Was so frustrated at the whole thing. The contractor should be the one to fix it as he was the one I contracted for having it shipped..not Mariupol. As nice as Fred was, I won't use his company again. As far as contacting Igor from Mariupol, no calls or emails were returned from the 3-4 wks of contacts we made. When he did (very rudely& heavily accented with bad English), he told my husband that they didn't do any damage to the car and with the delivery paper signed with no notations of the damage, they wouldn't do anything. We spent another $600.00 of our own money just to have the damages fixed and just couldn't have the time and more money to do more action against this company to pursue their wrongdoings. But someone should sue them and have that business closed. UNSCRUPULOUS COMPANY!!!! DON'T USE!!!
