| Great job moving my car |
This company did an excellent job of moving my car from NJ to California. The rep, Mark Welch, answered emails promptly and was on the ball; the driver picked up the car at exactly the time agreed upon and delivered it on time (in fact, delivered it a day early.) Everything was very smoothly and professionally done, and I was fully satisfied.
Readers living in the middle of cities should note that it's not always feasible to deliver a car directly to one's door. I live in San Francisco, which has lots of hills and narrow streets. There was literally no place in my neighborhood where a car carrier could have stopped long enough to unload a vehicle.
So I met the driver in a mall parking lot to take delivery of my car. That was no problem.
I appreciate this review website, by the way. I wondered if it might be an industry put-on job, but there's plenty of negative reviews and the company running it is upfront about how it does things. I found Auto Transport Center through this website, and very much appreciate how helpful it was in selecting a company to move my car.
