I am posting this review, as I found this web site to be most helpful when deciding to arrange transport for my Jag XJ-S and I wanted to share my experience. I must say that after reading some of the reviews I was more than a little concerned and considered alternative option before commiting to an auto transport company.

Originally, I contacted InterCity Lines. Initially there was a small window for pick up but this fell thru and there was no opening until 2007. Hence, I pursued FedEx Passport based on reviews. I admit being comforted (rightly or wrongly) by the FedEx name if there was going to be a problem.

I got an emailed quote on Dec 8th. I confirmed the ticket on Dec 11. The car was picked up on Dec 17 and delivered on Dec 19. Enclosed carrier was important for me and the truck was clean and in excellent condition. I was contacted by the driver the day before delivery and was in constant communication with him on the day of delivery. I live in Pittsburgh, PA. Where the car was to be stored, the streets are unfriendly to large trucks. Together we negotiated his route thru the city and he arrived on time. The car was in excellent condition with no damage and the driver (steve) friendly and professional.

I would definitely recommend Passport and would use them again in the future.
